About the Founder

Shashi Jagtap is the Founder of Superagentic AI and a former Apple engineer with nearly 20 years of industry experience, specializing in improving Developer Experience (DevEx). During his six-year tenure at Apple, he worked on the Developer Experience team, building internal tools and frameworks for software engineers while leading AI/ML side projects utilizing technologies like DSPy, MLX, and Agentic RAG.

At Superagentic AI, he leads the development of a comprehensive agentic AI platform spanning developer tools to enterprise orchestration. His work focuses on evaluation-driven optimization and production deployment of autonomous AI agents. Through SuperOptiX and the broader Superagentic ecosystem, he enables organizations to systematically implement and scale agentic AI solutions across their operations.

Vision & Leadership

As founder of XCTEQ Limited (2018), he pioneered Mobile DevOps innovation before founding Superagentic AI to address a deeper shift: the evolution of software from tools to intelligent collaborators. His vision centers on Agent Experience (AgentEx) as the new foundation of software development, enabling organizations to build safe, in-house agentic intelligence through modular frameworks, not traditional SaaS.

Shashi is championing Agentic Co-Intelligence as a movement to reimagine how humans and agents co-create the future of software. With over a decade of community leadership in London's tech ecosystem, he organizes the London Agentic AI Meetup and the London AI-Native Test Automation & DevOps Meetup, fostering community and knowledge-sharing in the fast-evolving AI ecosystem. He is now focused on cultivating a vibrant community of AI engineers and researchers dedicated to advancing responsible agentic systems.
