SaaStr AI London was one of the most energising, insightful, and inspiring events I have attended this year that connects Founders, B2B leaders and VCs. As the founder of Superagentic AI, I came with the intention to learn, connect, and understand how the global AI ecosystem is evolving. What I left with was far more powerful. The sessions, the human moments, the hallway conversations, and the energy from founders and builders from across the world turned this event into something truly special. Attending SaaStr helped reinforce how aligned our mission is with where the ecosystem is moving and future of SaaS and upcoming business models.

Keynote Sessions and Human Moments That Stood Out

One of the most impactful parts of the conference was finally meeting Harry Stebbings in person. Harry has been a major inspiration for many founders around the world and especially those who building from Europe or London, through his storytelling, his thoughtful interviews, and his ability to bring authenticity into conversations about building companies. His session with Maggie Hott from OpenAI, was emotional, honest, and deeply insightful. It was one of the most powerful conference sessions I have attended. They spoke openly about resilience, vulnerability, personal identity and what really matters to be better Founder, Leader and human being. Harry also recorded a live 20VC podcast at the event. After the session, I had the chance to briefly chat with him and take a photo. His humility and kindness left a strong impression. You can explore more of his work at 20VC.

There were so many amazing keynotes from the leaders and talks from sponsor I can't mention here all. All of them were great for SaaS business leader.

Reconnecting with Momentum

A major highlight was reconnecting with Ashley Wilson and the Momentum team. Its was great to connect with Ashley after 2012, she is now Co-Founder of Momentum is building a remarkable AI based revenue orchestration platform that is accelerating fast. Their progress, clarity of product vision, and execution are inspiring to see. I highly encourage people in my network to explore what they are building at Momentum. They also sponsored amazing part at the end of the day one and managed to know how they are re-inventing the Revenue Ops by understanding AI technologies behind momentum.

Auto Agent Optimization with Dael : Databricks

I am so lucky to chat with Dael Williamson CTO of the EMEA Databricks after his presentation on AgentBricks. We had chat about DSPy, GEPA and other optimizers but will continue our discussion offline.

Agentforce Team: Salesforce

I had chance to meet many people from the Salesforce's Agentforce team to talk about the Agentic AI. Superagentic AI can definitely get involved into some of the collaborative stuff that matches the Agentic AI.

There were so many amazing talks from VCs on fundraising and talks from other leaders on GTM.

Visiting Every Sponsor and Learning From the Ecosystem

One of my personal goals was to visit every sponsor booth at SaaStr AI London. I wanted to understand what each company was building, how they think about the future of AI, and how their products fit into the broader ecosystem. I spoke with at least one representative from every sponsor. Below are the companies I visited and a short overview of the insights they shared.

Ampersand

helps B2B teams unify revenue data and customer context. I had a great conversation with Ayan Barua who provided valuable insight into how companies are rethinking revenue intelligence.

Artisan

builds AI digital workers designed to automate outbound workflows and enhance go to market operations.

CleverBridge

offers global subscription billing and commerce solutions tailored for SaaS companies expanding internationally. It's not for Superagentic AI yet but keep an eye for future. It was nice meeting Jannis at the booth.

DuploCloud

delivers automated cloud infrastructure provisioning with built in compliance and security features to help teams deploy faster. Its basically AI DevOps Engineer, Nice Channing with Andy on how to orchestrate AI and GPU load.

Dust

enables companies to build secure AI assistants that connect to both internal and external business systems. They are building Agentic AI, talked to team how they are doing prompt management and optimization. Louis was my go to person there.

Firebolt

is a high performance cloud data warehouse engineered for low latency analytics and modern AI workloads. Strong competition for Databricks and Snowflake. I will be catching up with John after the conference.

HappyFox

provides AI powered helpdesk and service desk automation that enhances customer and support operations. Great chatting about the Optimization with Pradeek CTO of HappyFox.

Momentum

continues to lead in AI native revenue orchestration, transforming sales workflows and customer interactions. I met with all the team including Ashley, Sarah and Santino.

Replit

is an AI first collaborative development environment e.g vibe coding, There was no booth or I couldn't find anyone there.

Upsolve AI

provides embedded analytics and AI tools that integrate directly into SaaS products to drive actionable insights. Great chatting to Liz about Superagentic AI.

Zapier

continues to lead in workflow automation by connecting thousands of applications and enabling AI powered automations.

Salesforce

remains a global leader in CRM and current focus is on Agentforce.

What This Means for Superagentic AI and SuperOptiX

Across every conversation and session, one theme was undeniable that Agentic AI becoming foundational across the entire B2B stack. Companies are investing in automation, orchestration, agent based workflows, and decision intelligence at a pace we have not seen before. Also industry still figuring out how SaaS can play role in the Agentic AI.

This aligns directly with the mission behind SuperOptiX, which focuses on evaluation first design, optimisation, and orchestration of multi agent systems. The insights from SaaStr validated the importance of building reliable, modular, and transparent agentic frameworks for real world production use cases while industry figures out pricing Agentic AI.
