From Building for Developers to Building for Agents
Superagentic AI was born at the edge of a technology shift, when Large Language Models stopped being passive tools and started acting. When models began writing code, using tools, building UIs, and coordinating workflows. It was clear: we were entering the Agentic Era, a new paradigm where software is no longer built just for humans, but with and for intelligent agents.
This realization came not from a lab, but from a developer's desk, after nearly six transformative years at Apple, shaping developer tools and frameworks used by millions.

The moment of insight that sparked a new direction
A Dream Realized, Then Reimagined
Founders story begins in Marathi-medium classrooms, driven by dreams bigger than circumstance. From early engineering degrees to a journey that spanned London, AOL, BBC, and community leadership in DevOps, the founder built XCTEQ, a consulting and thought leadership company in the Apple ecosystem. XCTEQ wasn't just a business, it was a platform that empowered iOS engineers and inspired thousands through open blogs, tools, and talks.
Then came the unexpected call from Apple.
In 2019, a pivotal shift occurred. Apple created its first-ever Software Engineer (SWE) role outside Cupertino, and the founder of Superagentic became its pioneer. Based in London, he worked on Xcode infrastructure and developer experience, laying the groundwork for a future global SWE presence.
Apple was a dream realized. But like all dreams, it eventually led to a deeper question: What comes next?
The Shift: From DevEx to AgentEx
The explosion of AI in recent years wasn't surprising, what was surprising was how fast coding agents evolved. From tools like Cursor and Replit to emerging frameworks like DSPy and MLX, it became obvious: the future of software isn't just developer experience, it's Agent Experience.
That was the lightbulb moment.
"If I spent years building tools for human developers… why not now build systems for AI developers, intelligent agents who will build the next wave of software?"
Superagentic AI was born from this insight. A transition from software engineering (SWE) to AI engineering (AIE). A shift from building for humans alone to building with and for agents.

The beginning of a new chapter in the founder's journey
Life 3.0, A New Chapter Begins
Inspired by many successful founders, podcast hosts, books, and mentors, our founder left Apple, voluntarily. It was a deliberate choice. A choice to follow the call of innovation, at a time when the world is rewriting its relationship with software, intelligence, and automation.
Leaving behind perks, predictability, and prestige, he chose uncertainty. With a family, and two children (one already intrigued by AI!), the decision was deeply personal, deeply human.
But the mission was clear: to empower organizations, developers, and ecosystems to build agentic AI software on their own terms, safely, ethically, and intelligently.
